 Do you prefer working in a group or team
environment, or working individually?
 What are the advantages and disadvantages of
each?

Before answering the questions, I want to clarify that teamwork

is one of the best virtues we can have; on the road of life we will
always find the opportunity to create good friendships that will
be thanks to teamwork.
We have the ability to inspect someone's personality through it
and determine what it is like.

Now if giving solution to the questions; Yes, I do like to work as

a team as long as everyone is responsible in their corresponding
area.
That is one of the qualities that a person must have to work in a
team and be accepted.
Advantage:
 you can finish a certain activity quickly
 We know more about who is around us
 We have the opportunity to learn from each of them.

Disadvantages:
 Lack of organization and discussions.
 It improves the individual capacities of the members.
 Not all people are capable of teamwork.
 Uniformity
 Slower processes.

In conclusion, for me one of the best ways to work is as a team, it

provides a better and complete exhibition work.
