Describe how working in a group is better than working alone.

Frankly said “Many hands make light work”.It can coclude that, working in a group is
better than working individually although some people prefer to work alone .What is a group?
It may be defined as a collection of several people who come together to do a particular task
or goal. If we compare these two working types,the benefit of team work are more than those
working alone.They are plenty of benefits working in a group can be seen in many aspects.

Firstly,I believe that working in a team is better than working alone .It was because, with
our partners,the project can be finished quicker and it can be sent on the deadline.When
there is need to do such a big job,it would take a lot of time in finishing it,if everything has to
be done by ourselves.However, when the same job performed by a group,it would take a
short time to finish it.It was because everybody was born with a different skill sets,knowledge
and appearances.When in a group,different people with different ideas come together which
can generate more creative and innovative ideas due to the motivation that is provided by
the team,the best one or connect some ideas together to produce a better one that would
help us to enrich our knowledge that we do not know and may be useful for our future.

Another reason why work in a group is better than work alone because this type of
work establishes a better relationship among the team members.As human in this kind of
world that requires all of us to contact each other,socialization is important for us.Working
with a team gives us a chance to improve our relationship.It was because when people in a
team they have to communicate each other when they are discussing their project or
work.Every single person in that group would play their role as bite off more than one can
chew to finishing the task which requires them to ask for another opinions.It would produce
the great result and makes everyone satisfied.

Next,work in a group would make the task easier than do it individually.It was because
two or more people are always better than one for solving problems.The members of the
group can finish off difficult tasks during their conversation.If you work alone, your
knowledge is limited, and you did not know where did you make mistake.It seems can be
dangerous if the task will affects your marks or reputation.For example, if you have study
group you can ask for any question that getting you confused in a chat group such as
WhatsApp. In a group must be a person who were capable in some work which everyone
does not have.Instead of this, they can share their knowledge with other members.

Moreover,work in a group is also the best choice because you got to know more about
yourself as well.This kind of activities would help you identify your own strength and
weaknesses.For example, you may be a better leader than listener ,or you might be a good
at coming up with the ‘big ideas’but no so good at putting them into action.Enhanced self-
awareness would help you approach to learn and will be valuable for your future.

 Lastly,team working was an absolutely vital requirement among us.It can be seen that
team working would make work more fun.To live a work-life stress-free,what we need is a
little fun at work .And teamwork will create a little more fun at work.Working in team is
inspiring,fun and brings pleasure.It brings humor and promotes friendship.By making your
work environment a happy place,you will automatically have positive attitude to work.The
team worker can share their memories towards some activities like icebreaker activities ,go
out together on any activities and the team working would make you go easier than being
alone.

In conclusion,working with a team makes the things easier like taking candy from a
baby and helps people work more happily .If we take into account all of these factors,we
may reach the point that working in a group has more advantages than working alone.
