The Garden Committee

Hard work behind the scenes
The Garden Committee has been working behind the scenes to start
the long road to building the garden.

The Committee was established in August and has been meeting raise funds for the

The Garden Plan
We have also partnered with the Vasse Estate who have helped with the design of the garden. The
garden will have a unisex accessible toilet as well as wheelchair accessible garden beds. We will
also have raised beds for the elderly and ambulatory as well as low beds so children can garden.

What it might look like
We have high hopes and expectations for our shed.
Our vision is that it will become a hub for the
community as well as a storage space for our tools.
The Vasse Estate is helping with the design. We will
be recycling materials from the old farm shed to
recognise the farming history of the land.
Where are we located?
The proposed site is along the Wadandi Track next
to the Little Peoples Place childcare.
We are working with the City of Busselton to
assess the site and identify any issues.
We are hoping to also have an indigenous bush
tucker garden on the opposite side of the Wadandi
Track and work with the Undalup Association to
make it happen.
