First week

The first week of my micro-teaching was different to me. First of all, I

assign to the micro-teaching because there are schools available for
us. Secondly, this micro-teaching was an excellent opportunity for
me. At the beginning of the first day, it was a little bit confused. Then,
when I practice and see my colleagues while teaching, I notice it a
fantastic chance to try. However, I decided to teach on Wednesday. I
choose a math lesson about rounding to the nearest ten. I used
differentiated instructions, resources and activities appropriate to
their level. However, I search a lot and discover new things. When I
finish my lesson, I feel so glad that I achieve a good lesson and get
.good feedback from my colleagues

Moreover, during this week, three students teach us the English and
the Math lesson it looks like we are in the schools because we follow
the instructions, rules and being a good student. However, in our
break time, we discuss together what we can do and create for
tomorrow. So, on a Thursday, the MCT Dr Neil observed one
colleague, so we set on the schools. I thought this experience is
different and challenging, but when I try online teaching, I really like
.it also I want to continue online teaching

Moreover, one of the colleagues says this first week she has trouble
with the internet, so we discuss and tell her it is acceptable and can
teach us in the second week. We collaborated and have a zoom
meeting every day. On the last day of the first week, we were so
excited, and I decided to teach a new lesson for the science subject. I
did a fantastic work and conducted a great experiment to do that why

:Second week

For the second week, I had a fantastic experience. The tasks and
micro-teaching become easier because this is the first time I had
online teaching. Moreover, On Monday day there are fifth of the
colleagues teach us it was a long day, but at the same time, it was
enjoyable. I already have a chance to teach on Monday, so I teach an
English lesson called fact and opinion. I used differentiation
instruction for my students on the Padlet program also I used Kahoot
as a game and assessment for them. I observed that used useful
resources help make students understand the lesson more efficiently
and that what I depend to used it my teaching process. Also, I got
good feedback from my MCT, Dr Tania she was observing me and
encourage me. However, this week some of the colleagues teach us
Math and English lesson no one taught a science. I discover new
resources from the internet that I can use for my teaching, such as
Teacher Assist, which is a good program for applying positive and
.negative reinforcement

Moreover, I notice that most of them use ClassDojo, so I see that

become repeated routine so I search in my free time for useful
resources. When we finish our classes, I did a zoom meeting with my
colleagues at the end of the week. To have an interview with her
about differentiation instructions because it was required to collect a
tool for me to use it for another course, a research project, so the
micro-teaching gives us a chance to teach, learn and discover new
things. At the end of the week on Thursday, we end our lesson and
introduce a different subject. In my opinion, this week was the best
because I have done most of my classes and achieve good work.
However, I hope to continue forward and end-all of the teaching day
is an excellent way to attract students and make them understand my
outcomes. I observed some of them not recognize the math
.questions, so I hope to do my best to achieve my results
Third week

For the third week, which is consider as last week of our micro-
teaching. It was a long week because all the colleagues were teaching
this week. I teach everyday Math, Science and English every day, but
the most was Math lessons because I love teaching Math. There were
many resources to use and activities such as Padlet programs to
create the differentiated activities, the Nearpod to make the lessons,
Kahoot for the assessment and splash learn for the games. This week,
I have peer observation and MCT observation, so it was a lot of work
to do. In my opinion, it was a great chance to have micro-teaching
because at the end of the meetings we discuss together and discover
that we learn many things we do not know about it before. Also, most
of the colleagues was teaching in the Wednesday and Thursday
because it is the end of the week and teaching practice, and they used
.different resources such as powerpoints and padlet programs

Moreover, we achieved the planning, time management and

professionals during this semester. Further, I will miss the micro-
teaching and hope to get a chance to teach it again. In the last day on
Thursday, we thank each other and collaborate to help others. The
education is very great significant but needs a teacher who works
hard to builds a good generation. Additionally, we end the zoom
meeting professionally, and our MCT was thanks to us that we did an
amazing job. Further, we decide to continue using the zoom meeting
and discuss to help others or have questions. Moreover, the role of
collaboration achieved correctly because we collaborate with the
teachers and students in a different way to reach the best. I hope to
be the best teacher in my country and make each child learn and try
.to be a good person the life
