D Which of these leader has been most effective and why?m
In my opinion, every leader that I chose were succesful on what they did. I think
that leadership styles depend on the skills the leader has and the situation that he is.
Each style has its benefits, consequences and requirements. Choosing the correct
style is really important to make a team succeed. If I had to choose one of the previous
leaders, I would pick Bill Gates because he has managed to create and lead, for so many
years, one of the most important companies in the world.
