The professional activity that I attended was eight webinars about COVID-19 and how
the world has changed because of it. These webinars included ventilator management, how to
take care of these patients, and how to keep yourself in good mental/physical health.
The titles of the webinars are: COVID-19 in Non-Acute Care Settings: Hard-Earned

These webinars were all online and accessed through the American Nurses Association
after registering for each webinar. Each webinar was about an hour in length.

I will continue to use this experience throughout my career by using the information they
discussed and implementing their recommendations with my patients. They discussed how to
treat ventilated patients and treat them like fully awake patients by talking to them and using
therapeutic touch.
Would you recommend this specific communnity/professional experience in the future; why or
I would recommend this professional experience in the future. This is an excellent way to
learn more about COVID-19 without having to leave your house. Individuals are able to access
the webinars on their own time and can re-watch important parts of the webinars. This
experience allows people to be socially distanced and attend these conferences away from others.
