CHARACTER ANALYSIS

Protagonist:
The taximan 
a very generous and hard
working fatherof eight. He works as a taximan, earning by driving all
day for his family. He narrates the life and the
significant events that’s happening as a taxi man in their city.
Madam
 a teacher and the taxman’s passenger who’s rushing for her meeting.
As they travel along the way,she is listening to the taximan’s real story 
of what’s happening in there city.

Antagonist:
Lay Choo 
The taximan’s daughter whom he was
proud of because she is very determined in her
studies not until one day she was caught by her father
doing the thing that her father knew and definitely
not wanting and expecting to happen to her.
Round or Dynamic character/s:
The taximan His personality is round/
dynamic because his character developed to being agressive calm to
an aggressive father.
Lay Choo Her personality is round /dynamic
because at first she seemed to be an obedient
daughter but soon his father discovered her secret.

Flat or Static character/s:
Madam 
Her character is flat or static because of her attitude never changed
until the end of the story, she never answered the taximan.

Setting

The Taximan's Story is set somewhere at the busy town of Singapore

which is inside a taxi cab where a taxi driver talks with a teacher who is
on her way to a meeting.
