Gyro Pressure CHECK 4.5 - 5.2 IN HG drops to 800 RPM.

FLOODED START Throttles 1900 RPM
Fuel Selectors ON Prop Governor (Each Engine) CHECK 1. Advance Throttle to 2000 RPM
Mixture IDLE CUT-OFF 2. Retard Prop Control by 200 RPM
