Predictable- happening in the way that you would expect
Disruptive behaviour- defiant behaviours that children and adolescents direct towards any type of authority figure- Annoyance- a slightly angry or impatient feeling Educationalist- an expert in education Fidget- to keep making small quick movements because you are bored, nervous, or impatient Learning disorder- learning disability: number of disorders which may affect the acquisition, organization, understanding or use of verbal or nonverbal information Disturb- to interrupt what someone is doing

Spark- 1. a very small piece of fire that flies out from something that is burning 2. a feeling or quality that causes excitement Outdated - old and no longer suitable for modern purposes Invasive- tending to spread very quickly and undesirably or harmfully Premises - building(s), place, office Unsupervised- not done or acting under supervision Set up- to start something such as an, organization, or institution Peer-teaching -the traditional model, in which senior students tutor junior students, to the more innovative learning cells, in which students in the same year form partnerships to assist each other with both course content and personal concerns Radical- new and very different from the usual way Shake-up- an important change in the way that something such as a department or a company is organized Adjoining- next to and connected to another building, room, area Slum - [OFTEN PLURAL] a poor area of a town where the houses are in very bad condition Innate ability- natural ability, a trait or characteristic that is present in an organism at birth Initiate-to cause something to begin Extraordinary-very unusual and surprising-most/quite extraordinary Recruit- to get someone to work in a company or join an organization Retired -no longer active in your work or profession Resource- something that you can use to help you to achieve something, especially in your work or study Tap into -to manage to use something in a way that brings good results Asset- a useful or valuable quality or person Fulfil- to do something that is expected, hoped for, or promised, or to cause it to happen
