of Condition Monitoring jobs with their planned activities.
Maintaining and improving Condition Monitoring HSE performance through daily

Preparing monthly PM works (offline and online vibration data collection and
analysis) data collecting and backup of equipment during startup and coast down
using ADRE.
Directing CM jobs raised by operations and maintenance regarding noise, vibration
and any abnormalities in rotating equipment.

o Vibration data collection of overhauled and new motors for acceptance.
o Collection of Lube oil samples in compressors and turbines for lab analysis and
review reports of the oil for further recommendation.
Analyzing and reporting system 1 plots of critical equipment.

ROTOR BALANCING
Spearheading operations of shop and in-situ balancing of rotors along with dynamic
balancing of rotors using schenk and data Pac 1500.

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT
Leading thermograph survey of high pressure steam line, Reformer tubes, Storage
tanks, Horton sphere, motors & pumps to detect production of any overheat due
to rubbing.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
Preparing:
o Equipment fault diagnostic report and permit for day-to-day work with required
certificates, TBT, JSA and IDC as per the requirement.
o Fortnightly report of PM and CM jobs.
o Reliability & availability reports for all assets.
o Day-to-day work permits and tool box talk regarding the work.
o And updating for major equipment vibration & maintenance history.
o And verifying lube oil analysis report from the laboratory with reference to base
line report.
Maintaining instrument calibration, due date logs, incoming material inspection
reports and SPIR list
Knowledge in Inspection and NDT.
o Annual turnaround inspection of vessels towers, columns, fired heaters, reformer
& other equipment in Ammonia & urea plants.
o storage tanks maintenance Inspection (Ammonia, sphere, naphtha, Fuel oil, SA &
Rubber lined tanks)
