Service (taken from real service models currently in exploration)

Context: I am an English teacher in Cali, Colombia. Because of the quarantine, I haven’t been able
to teach classes at a school and I dared beginning my own English teaching brand and company.
Most of the classes I teach are personalized (one on one) and from the parents and students’
houses. But although there are activities in which other students are involved, I worry that there
might not be enough interaction between the students to foster English.

I also intend to enhance my business by hiring teachers to teach in other buildings with other
students, but since I’m just beginning and don’t have the perfect working environment for other
teachers yet built, I am in the process of creating this amazing world in which people “would like
to live in”.

This is the reason why I am currently exploring different alternatives and environments, following
the bio-security codes, but in a classroom-like environment in which students can explore English
by practicing to each other.

Service description: Providing English classes to children in small groups at a coworking space
called RED BOX. The classes will be divided by ages and levels; they’ll still follow an exploration
methodology, learning English by playing and experimenting with diverse materials and in
different environments.
