Wakhid : Please tell me about yourself!

Angga : My name is Angga,I live in sarwogadung, mirit, kebumen, central java. I am 19
years old and my last education was d3 informatics management. My hard
skills include mobile programing, web programing, and visual design. And the
soft skills that I have are public speaking and leadership.
Wakhid : What is your motivation to apply for a job in this company?
Angga : Because the work offered by this company is in accordance with the skills and
fields that I have and love. Furthermore I saw that this company had a very
significant development that interest and motivate me to participate in
developing this company.
Wakhid : What do you know about this company?
Angga : I know it's one of the biggest e-commerce companies, and it was founded in
2009 against the backdrop of Chris Feng who has previous experience working
in lazada and zalora. In 2017, a survey revealed that as many as 73% of
housewives chose Shopee as the first favorite shopping e-commerce app.

Wakhid : Do you have work experience?
Angga : I've worked at several start-up companies as an animation creator as well as a
mobile developer.
Wakhid : Why did you leave your last job?
Angga : Because I want to find new experiences and want to grow more.
Angga : Mention your strength and weakness?
Wakhid : The advantages that I have are I am able to communicate well with the team,
think critically, creatively and innovatively.. While my weaknesses are not
 being able to have good time management, and less proficient in foreign
languages.
Angga : What will you do if you are accepted?
Wakhid : I will give you all the capabilities that I have and do my best to meet the
targets set by the company.
Angga : How much salary do you want?
Wakhid : The salary range I asked for was probably 8 to 10m. Because it suits the
experience and ability I have.
Angga : Do you know some people in this company?
Wakhid : I have acquaintances of some people because we're in the same community.
Angga : Is there any question?
Wakhid : Yes, what skills and experience are you looking for from the ideal candidate?
Angga : I am looking for candidates with multitalented, responsible, and certainly
professional in work because basically this company needs competent
candidates to target the company's future development. A lot of
experience or high flying hours will be a point in it self.
