1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The purpose of this assignment is to expose students to identify business

opportunities. For this assignment, I have planned a cleaning service named
CuciHeroin.

The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is an vital thing to incorporate as it directs

the thinking of the organization through each of the main segments or blocks for the
implementation of a business model. In a simple visualization of where the business is
now and where it will be tomorrow, using a tool such as the Business Model Canvas
can help to unite my group. What are the strongest revenue streams, and how they can
balance each other or analyse the value propositions closely to find better ways to
position consumers with the product or service. Utilizing customer segments to figure
out specifically who the client the company is searching for and how to handle them
most successfully.

BMC typically creates a community or team brainstorming that focuses on

exploring options for the company plan and discovering new combination possibilities
where the idea is sketched and section by segment created. The nine components
visual map typically consists of value proposition, customer segment, channel,
customer relationship, revenue stream, key resources, key activities, key partners and
cost structure.

2
2.0 INTRODUCTION

In this assignment, I chose to do a cleaning service. The BMC report on my

cleaning service (CuciHeroin) will serve as a business plan. The aim is to look beyond
spreadsheets, analysis on the business and financial forecasts. It is important to
remember that while the BMC 's key goal is to build the business model 's base, it will
also continue to develop my business service as it progresses. At BMC, there are
many opportunities. In addition, I can clearly stack my concept into a clear structured
form by using BMC.

In a cleaning company, the cash flow is excellent compared to some other

industries. With that said, you have complete control over your own company. As a
consequence, your cleaning business can grow as big as you want. There will always
be a demand for cleaners. Cleaning is not a thing, it's a true need, there's such a big
cleaning demand and it's as normal as people changing their gasoline. It is
inexpensive to start a cleaning company and you can quickly get customers within
hours of launch. It's also perfect for cash management because you get paid for each
cleaning or even the appointments in advance.

In today's world, there is a need for cleaning facilities. The demand for these
facilities, in reality, is immense and continues to grow ever greater. According to the
Small Business Development Center Network (SBDCNet), the cleaning service sector
takes in a record of over $ 46 billion annually. This high number reflects the high
demand in today's culture for cleaning services and this demand still continues to rise
year after year.

3.1 Value Proposition

a) Use a better cleaning machine

It is different from my CuciHeroin service compared to the other cleaning

service that uses regular vacuum to clean all the dirt and gems. CuciHeroin use
the best steam vacuum, Dyson V8 Slim. As dirt and dust do not philtre out
into the air and the system is not clogged with large pieces of debris, Dyson
products are the best cleaning device so far.

b) Affordable price

Although the service uses the best cleaning machine, with regard to its
reviews, the cost of the service is still manageable for the target customer. The
expense after the cleaning service is finished is nothing compared to the outcome.

c) Follow the cleaning steps accordingly

In order for the outcome to be satisfying, CuciHeroin employees do the

cleaning according to the steps. CuciHeroin will help prolong the life of your
home furnishings and boost your home's overall appearance.

3.2 Customer Segment

a) Targeted Customer

The targeted customer for this service is someone who always travel in the
car. Besides, family that has babies and children are also the targeted customer
for CuciHeroin.

b) Gender for targeted customer

Both males and females may be used.

c) Potential customer needs

For occasions like wedding ceremonies at the hotel and hall, the service
might be required. The cleaning service must be performed in order to eliminate
the unpleasant odour from the carpet.

5
3.3 Channel

a) Channel to raise consciousness

This channel is the first step of how my business will increase my service 's
focused consumer recognition. For this app, with the full use of social media such
as Facebook and Instagram, service ads is one of my options. My focused client
will know that the cleaning service is available and ready to be provided.

b) Channel to book the service

When the client is interested and ready to book the service, this channel is
open. My service will be available in the online retailer via a connection that
connects to our website through some channel that I may use by online booking.
Both social media, such as Instagram and Facebook will share the connection.

c) Channel to evaluate after giving the service

This channel is on how my client evaluates or receives after-service input. It

will be on our website or at the company's contact centre.

3.4 Customer Relationship

This segment deals with the company's interaction with the client before or after
using the service. As the present customer who is happy with the products or services
may become our salesman to other potential customers and this segment is essential.

a) Promotion to the first time customer

My business offers the sale or promotion to the first customer so that they
order the service more than once.

b) Discount for the loyal customer

The customer who still repeats CuciHeroin 's service will get a discount. This
is how we value our loyal client for trusting us to provide the cleaning service.

c) Communities of CuciHeroin

Forming a consumer group who uses the service so that they can keep up
with the latest update or other service information from us.

6
3.5 Revenue Stream

The revenue stream relates to how this service produces cash or benefit from my
company. We have to make enough to pay the expenses and have something left over
to expand our business.

a) Service charge

A service charge, also known as a service fee, relates to a fee paid to pay for
services that apply to a bought product or service. As for my cleaning service, we
will get the service charge after we have given the service to the customer.

3.6 Key Resources

a) Quality of workers

A positive attitude worker is a must to keep the service meeting the client's
needs. The worker still has to be trained and has the opportunity to do so. In
addition, an individual must provide a sense of dignity to escape future company
dishonesty.

b) Equipment for cleaning service

The company also has a cleaning machine reserved to allow the cleaning
service to be carried out. In other words, for the organization to operate well, this
device is a vital element.

7
3.7 Key Activities

a) Advertising / Marketing

The need for marketing is the first step in our main activities in order to meet
our targeted consumer, since marketing functions begin by identifying customer
needs and end up fulfilling customer needs. Marketing also acts as a compilation
of market statistics and an interpretation of that information.

b) Networking

Networking is also essential for the business that operates the company. The
main aspect of expanding networking for my business is finding the right partner
for growth.

3.8 Key Partners

To make my business model work, my company engaged in the partnership

business , governmental, non-governmental or may be the non-targeted consumer
organizations in order to maximize operations and minimize risk for my business.

a) Supplier for liquid cleaning detergent

The relationship with the supplier of liquid cleaning detergent must be

selected correctly and carefully. The method of increasing the cleaning service
can be carried out smoothly by doing so.

3.9 Costs Structure

This final chapter describes all the costs and expenditures incurred by the
company when the company is running. This section also decided whether it was
possible to continue or cancel the service. The cost structure, which is cost-driven and
value-driven, has two main categories. My service fell to value-driven.

a) Fixed cost

The case for this expense is the salaries of the employees.

b) Variable cost

The cost of the raw materials that depend on the supplier and another
example is the cost of marketing.
