Yesterday I went to eat with my boyfriend at


Maminos restaurant and we ordered two plates of
food. After 30 min the waiter brought us the dishes
but one of them had a hair in the food so we quickly
called the waiter to tell him our complaint. She told us
that she would call the administrator to help us and
explain what happened. So we waited 20 more
minutes and no one came to our table, so we
decided to leave, but when we were about to arrive
at the entrance, the administrator, very annoyed, told
us that we have to pay the bill and we explained
what happened, but I don't understand. That is why I
request the refund of the money since the restaurant
did not comply with the service.
