On the 15th November 2020, the first Physical Education and Sport meeting was called to order,
since the school was reopened for face to face learning. During this meeting, the CSEC Physical
Education and Sport 2021 class discussed the planning and implementation of the Class Project
in keeping with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education COVID-19 guidelines.

It was agreed upon that a Table Tennis competition will be executed under strict COVID-19
measures. The Competition will be held in the school’s Auditorium. Players will be competing
for first, second, third, and fourth place trophy. Medals will be given to first and second-place
winners. the CSEC Physical Education and Sport class of 2021 will provide the trophies, medals,
and refreshments for each player in the Competition. There will be a refreshment station with
adequate water, a station, and a First Aid station to meet the needs of any participants.

On the day of the competition, it is expected to commence promptly at 10:00 am. The Game will
begin with an open remark by the Event Official.
The meeting began at 10:00 am and finished at noon. Those present for the planning of the

Injury Report

It is with great pride to say that on the 22nd of November 2020 the CSEC Physical Education and
Sport Students of Annandale Secondary School’s hosted a Table Tennis Competition to facilitate
their Class Project, and no injuries were recorded due to a safe and smooth Competition.

First Aid Officers were provided with thermometers, masks, and sanitizer to test and sanitize
every student taking part in the execution of the Class Project and adhering to strict COVID-19
guidelines stipulated by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education. Sanitization of all
seating accommodations, table tennis rackets, table tennis table, and tennis balls were done with
the assistance of the ground staff. Social distancing was mandated for every Student and Player
to keep 6 feet apart to prevent contamination of any form.

First aid kits were also provided in the event to treat any injuries that may have arisen.
