1. Why is it important to use proper equipment in playing badminton?

Playing sports without proper gear can be very dangerous, and, if you are not careful enough,
a fun game can lead to a hospital visit. Wearing the proper gear drastically reduces the chances of
your getting injured, enabling you to focus on the game and not worry about accidents that might
occur. If you play badminton regularly and intensely, there’s a higher chance of injury if you don’t
have suitable equipment for badminton. It’ll be worthwhile to invest in decent badminton equipment
if you enjoy the game and want quicker improvement.

2. What are the benefits of using proper equipment in playing?

Using proper and suitable equipment to match your style of playing is the key to maximising
your performance and prevents you from any injuries.
