1.Filipino martial arts (FMA) (Filipino: Sining panlaban ng Pilipinas) refers to ancient Malay and

newer modified fighting methods devised in the Philippines. It inco porates elements from

both Western and Eastern Martial Arts, the most popular forms of which are known as Arnis,

Eskrima, and Kali.

Explanation: because we are really traditional like arnis because it helps in self defense and

more important things

2.- Arnis Is The National Martial arts Of The Philippines, also Known as Eskrima and Kali That

Using Sticks Blades And Many Others.

-Demano Is A Term Used In Island Of Luzon, Arnis Demano Means "Harness of The hand" This

Type of Martial Arts most probably uses stick or bladed weapon during training and fighting.

It's a simple yet practical type of combat strategy originally designed for self-defense purpose.

-Dumog Is A filipino Wrestling Style, Pagbuno, also commonly called as Dumog or Buno, is the

locking, throwing, balancing and grappling aspect of Arnis. Wrestling does not necessarily start

at the ground but can be initiated from standing position leading to ground work.
