1. KINDLY EXPLAIN THE REASON BEHIND YOUR IDEAL SELF ? Do you think your picture of your
actual self is reasonable?

- I’ve been through a lot of things based on my experience in life. The reason behind my
ideal self is just that how I see myself if I wasn’t who I am today. I realized if how things
are or how it would be different if I’m more like my ideal self. But at some point, I can
see that despite of all that, I learned a lot of things. I gained a lot of experience that
made me stronger and made me who I am today.

2. How Aligned is your ideal self from your real self? What are your realizations based on your
answers? Kindly elucidate your answer?

- I realized that, despite of all my struggle with myself I can see that I can cope up with
everything. I don’t need to be perfect at all times just because people don’t like messy. I
don’t need to prove myself to others to make them accept me for who I am. I should be
the one accepting my flaws and imperfections. I realized that I need to love and accept
myself first and it’s okay if I can be dependent on people sometimes. That I survived my
own battle despite of all that. I can still make an improvements but I’m still working on it
on my own pace.

3. How do you cope with your ideal self and real self’s incongruence? How do you think can
you increase the congruence between your ideal and real self in the way you live your life
every day?
- I can cope with everything by just being consistent to work on myself. It can be tough
sometimes but I am working on it everyday. My ideal self is my goal to achieve while I’m still
working on my real self even though there are a lot of challenges that I encounter on my daily
life. Despite of the differences in my ideal self and my real self, it doesn’t need to be more
complicated for the reason that, there are also people who are helping me to work on it. I don’t
need to be harsh on myself at all times. I just need to accept my real self more and try to reflect
it on my ideal self. What more I can do to improve it and to achieve my ideal self. Use my
experiences to think and realize stuff around me. That’s what I think the way of increasing the
congruence between myself and my real self.
