AFFIDAVIT

I, NESTOR E. PADERO, of legal age, Filipino, widower, and a

resident of Zone 3, Poblacion, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, after
having been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state:

1. That I had been a member of Integrated National Police before it

became Philippine National Police;

2. That being a member of the Integrated National Police I was

assigned at Laguindingan Police Station, Laguindingan, Misamis
Oriental and I have met Sgt. Domingo B. Gaid, who was then a
Private First Class, and who was our senior officer at that time.

3. That we had been working together for more or less 14 years since
I started in the service in 1970 ;

4. That, Domingo B. Gaid died on March 23, 1988 while being an

active status in the service;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity

of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose that this may
serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 11th
