MEETING FOR THE INCOMING PUROK EVALUATION
(NOV. 15,2020)

Start: 9:00 A.M

End: 12:00 noon

Attendees: Cogon Youth Officers and Members

We had a discussion last Sunday for the preparation of our incoming Purok
Evaluation. We've came up with the ideas and preparation plans .

Beautification of Purok:
 New Paint (Blue, red, white)- will be shouldered by the Purok Funds.
 Pictures- Should be printed and formal
 Clean up drive- Residence of Purok Upo from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M
 Making of Compost Pit- Cogon Youth
 Arrange the Purok Garden- Purok Officers with the help of Cogon Youth
 Prepare the papers for the upcoming evaluation- Printing the papers is
assigned to Cogon Youth Officers.
 Snacks for the evaluators- will be shouldered by the Purok Funds.

We also have monetary contribution for the amount of 20 to 50 pesos each.

These funds will be used to buy necessary things needed on that event.
