Position title: Procurement and Fleet Officer, WWF Myanmar
BACKROUND
WWF-Greater Mekong – on the ground in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam – is
working to conserve the region’s biodiversity and build a secure and sustainable future for people
and wildlife. WWF has a long history of engagement in the Greater Mekong. We helped establish
conservation programmes in Thailand in the early 1980s, have been active in Cambodia, Laos and
Vietnam since 1990, and in process to establish a presence in Myanmar. WWF-Greater Mekong
works with government, industry and civil society partners to ensure that, as the region develops, it
doesn’t squander the natural riches that so many depend on and that drive the region’s economic

I. MAJOR FUNCTION
This position reports to the Operations Director and is responsible for providing procurement and
fleet management services. Providing these services in a wide range of administrative and office
support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient
operation of the organization.
Maintain and update a register recognized local suppliers/vendors of goods and services
Prepare procurement related documents and forms in the procurement process
Track all stages of the procurement process from initial ordering to final delivery and
payment for goods and services
Systematically file all procurement related documents
Address Quality Control issues, shortages and stocks complaints

Fleet management
To arrange the transportation requirements of an organization such as
distribution, maintenance, respire and utilization of all vehicles.
Devise a cost effective and feasible transport plan for the organization
to improvise existing transportation solutions already being in force.
To perform checks of all vehicles to ensure that they are in working condition.
to oversee the vehicle insurances and licenses of the vehicles are renewed on time and
inform to Admin department.
to ensure the proper utilization and efficient use of the vehicles.
To find the reliable workshop and keep it in preferred supplier list
Maintenance
Supplier contract
This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated
proactively form staff. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to organizational
needs.

IV. Requirements
2. Knowledge
knowledge of procurement procedure and practice
knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and
record keeping
knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
3. Experience
3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience of working in multi-cultural environment and NGO
