    Write and discuss your ideas to support the Malaysian government on highway
    construction issues on the application of new materials/new techniques/new
    technology that suitable in Malaysia.

    - Your ideas should be written within THREE TO FIVE (3-5) pages only.
    (Including introduction, contents, conclusion and references)
    - Writing format; font 12 TNR, 1.5 spacing, Justify
    - Please check your essay with Turnitin Software which applicable in our
    PTTA. Maximum similarity is 20%.
