Induction electric heaters are a modern
generation of electric boilers, which replace the
TEN and electrode ones. Some aspects of the
principle of induction heating and the design of
the electric heater AQUA-ET make it possible to
achieve their high reliability, durability and
safety.
 The use of induction electric heaters provides
an opportunity to ensure a full heat supply of
facilities.

Heating in technological processes

The versatility of induction electric heaters makes it
possible to use them in various fields: heating of cottages
and industrial buildings, hot water supply of apartments
and large plants, heating, including high-temperature, in
technological processes of various industries.
Induction heater factory produces induction heaters with a capacity
of 15 to 250 kW. various purposes and modifications:
•For water heating and other heat carriers up to 115 °С. - 5 models.
•For technological heating of high-temperature coolants up to 350 °С
- 2 models. (There are no equivalents in the world.)
•For technological heating of vegetable oil and other similar liquids
up to 250 °С - 3 models. (There are no equivalents in the world.)
•For the heating of natural gas on the GDS (together with partners) -
4 models. (There are no equivalents in the world.)
•For direct heating of oil in the pipeline (in the process of
development) - 2 models. (There are no equivalents in the world.)
Electric heaters with a capacity of up to 3 MW with a supply voltage
of 6-10 kV are designed.

1. Induction electric heaters AQUA-ET-BT with the
heating temperature of the heat carrier st. 350 °С.
Designed for use as a heat source in process high-
temperature heating systems. They differ from other
heaters with greater reliability and safety, greater
working temperature of the heat carrier.
When using induction high-temperature heaters, the
period of the heat carrier replacement is repeatedly
increased.
Equivalents that fully repeat the capabilities of AQUA-
ET-BT are not offered in the world.
2. Induction electric heaters AQUA-ET for heating
vegetable oil and similar liquids.
At the moment the heating of vegetable oil at oil
processing plant is made by two-circuit high-
temperature installations.
In comparison with them the developed induction
oil heater has qualitative advantages: its size is
several times smaller, lower cost, greater reliability,
less exacting to the qualification of service
personnel.
There is a positive 5-year experience of operating
induction oil heaters at Russian enterprises.

3. Induction electric heater AQUA-ET for
heating natural gas.
Currently, the heating of natural gas at gas
distribution substations is made by complex two-
circuit installations.
In comparison with them the developed induction
heater of natural gas has qualitative advantages: its
size is several times smaller, lower cost, greater
reliability, less exacting to the qualification of service
personnel.
The induction heater of natural gas was developed
jointly with the specialists of Penza, passed all the
necessary tests, has all the necessary permits, was
entered in the register of equipment for Gazprom.
There are no equivalents in the world.
4. Induction electric heater AQUA-ET PNN for
direct heating of oil.
At present, the heating of oil in pipelines is carried
out by complex two-circuit installations.
In comparison with them, the developed induction
heater for direct heating of oil has qualitative
advantages: its size is several times smaller, lower
cost, greater reliability, less demanding for the
qualification of service personnel.
Bench tests of the prototype AQUA-ET-PNN have
been carried out and preparations are being made
for pilot industrial tests of the heater in oil fields.
