REQUEST TO CARRY FORWARD ACCOMODATION FEES DURING THE

PERIOD OF CMCO

I am writing this letter to request the accommodation fees made by me, (NOR AFIFAH
SOLEHAH BT NOR HAMDAN, MBBS 1709-8271), during Semester 6 (academic year
2019/2020) which amounted to RM1800, to be carried forward as payment for U.I.S. House
Rental fee for Semester 7 and Semester 8 (academic year 2020/2021).

2. Due to the current pandemic since March 2020, all of the students were advised to
head back to their hometown and all of the classes are online. However, the full amount of
accommodation fees for the academic session of 2019/2020 were still compulsory to be paid
even though the accommodation facilities were not used.

3. Thus, I am requesting for a carry forward of RM600 from Semester 6 accommodation

fees as that can cover the RM300 U.I.S. House Rental Fee for Semester 7 and Semester 8
respectively.

I hope that the University can look into this matter as it involves the student's right.
