AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY AND ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

I, MARILYN CARRERA MEDIANA, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with

residence & postal address at P4 Blk 1 Lot 111, Parklane Country Homes Gen
Trias, Cavite, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby deposes and says:

That I am the daughter of spouses ALFONSO C CARRERA and

LOURDES A MARTINEZ

That in live birth certificate record my birth year on September 2, 1968,

that in my Marriage Contract is erroneously written my birth year 1969
instead of the correct 1968, how even been using 1968, I was born on
September 2, 1968 at Manila City

That I am executing this affidavit to clarify the above discrepancy, and

that the same is not meant to confuse nor deceive anyone, and also this is
executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing for all legal intents and
purposes.
