1.1 BARREL : Made of nitriding steel single piece

constructions ground and honed to high
surface finish and close tolerance.

1.1.1 Treatment : Gas nitriding.

Zone 2 is cooled by 0.25 hp blower.

1.2 SCREW : Made of nitriding steel harden and ground

2.1.3 Candle Filter : A special candle filter would be provided.

This would ensure filter Changed – overtime

the die or extruder while changing the filter.

3.1.1 COOLING RING : One cooling ring suitable for 85mm punch
lip size. Cooling Ring made from aluminium
alloys and has a adjustable lips for air flow
control.

provided by 3 hp blower. A damper value is
provided on the suction side for control of
the air quantity.

4.1.3 Drive : The drive is through 1.0 hp geared A.C motor

controlled by variable frequency drive by 0.75HP.

4.1.4 Speed : 10 to 80 mts/min.

4.1.5 Flattening Board : The board is made upto wooden slats

fixed over angle frame the boards can be Finely
adjusted to get wrinkle free tubing.

5.1 WINDER : Single station surface winder provided with

changeover facility along with
two winding shafts.

5.1.1 Drive : The drive is through 0.4 hp torque motor.

6.1 CONTROL PANEL : The control panel is made of heavy sheet metal
and is front opening type. The panel is painted
white from inside for clear visibility.

6.1.1 Temperature : 5 Temperature controllers and 1 water

temperature indicators with selectors.

6.1.2 Other starters : All the other starters are suitable provided.
