Symptoms
When attempting to add absence to an employee the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot record this absence because the employee is not enrolled in or eligible for any
absence plan. (ANC-3405033)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to employee
2. Manage Absence Records
3. Try to submit an absence

Cause
The cause for this data has been determined as:
 - All future absences are re-evaluated when a new absence is submitted
 - When attempting to add absence to employee, the future absences are re-processed and
failed to pass the eligibility check because the plan attached to it, has enrollment end date.
 - Since person is no longer enrolled in plan, the issue is faced.
Solution
To be able to apply a new absence to employee, please follow the below steps, as per your
business requirements:

1. Go to employee > Manage Absence Records > Withdraw the future absences

OR

2. Go to employee > Manage Absence Records > Change the enrollment end date of absence
plan to cover all future absences
