Greetings!

I am Joel “Bulagtok” Francisco, your former driver. I am writing this letter with a large hope in
my heart. I have been diagnosed with an Intestinal Obstruction (Adhesive Bond) Secondary to
Post OP Adhesion; Diabetes Melitus; Bilateral Cataract. Doctors have informed me that he
requires eye surgery at the earliest as I am in the advanced stage. I have heard quite about Dr.
Bobbie Eduardo L. Atendido, a member of the Rotary Club Gensan that he is an
Ophthalmologist from St. Elizabeth Hospital.

In line with this, I would like to ask your referral & assistance to Dr. Bobbie to help me with my
condition. I am in desperate need of financial help. I have tried all possible source to arrange
the money for my eye surgery, but the huge amount is beyond the reach of like me.

My condition is getting worse. Asking for Help is my only and last ray of hope. Only your kind
