Cluster A. Irrigation Modernization & Socio-

Economic:
 LARAP Survey for tertiary design (BGKn.1 - 7). 
 Continue to collect data for the Master Plan 
Report.
 Carrying out IOL and SES socialization and survey 
activities for tertiary channels in the BGKn 1 -
BGKn 6 area
 Coordination with stakeholders involved in 
irrigation institutions
 Conducting WUA institutional assessments 
 Collecting data related to irrigation institutions 
 Outreach to the public regarding the disaster 
management plan that will be carried out in
Gumbasa Sub-District
 Conducting interviews with the community 
regarding disasters that often occur in Gumbasa
Sub-District
 Reviewing the disaster emergency management 
plan document in Sigi Regency.
Cluster B. Surveys and Investigations, schedule
activities are:
Note that for all surveys and investigations that need
to be subcontracted under the provisional sums, the
implementation will depend on approvals by the
Client.
Field Survey and Testing:
 Survey of Gumbasa Weir and the Gumbasa 
Irrigation area system
 Soil investigation test point for weir and canals 
Planning and Reports:
 Management planning for slopes and canals in 
the Sibalaya liquefaction area, Planning and
stability analysis of the weir.
 Topographical Survey: Checking, site visit & 
measuring data processing: polygons, leveling
and profiling Primary canal & Secondary canals of
sub-con survey results.
 Field survey for the geological and 
hydrogeological aspects
 Preparing the hydrogeological and groundwater 
monitoring survey
 Field survey for selection of the dug wells and 
tube wells to be used for monitoring points of
the groundwater monitoring networks
 Collecting hydrological data and supporting data 
from relevant agencies.
 Processing and validation of data for drainage 
 module needs, reliable discharge updates, and
irrigation water needs.
 Drainage Module calculation, update of reliable 
discharge and irrigation water needs.
 Water balance analysis and calculation. 
Cluster C. Design, BOQ and Tender Documents,
schedule activities are:
 Main and Tertiary Network Design- Packages 1A 
and 2
 Gumbasa weir design and structures of Package 
2.
 Preparing the detailed design of Gumbasa Weir. 
 Preparing the Unit Prices, Unit Price Analysis for 
Package 1A and Package 2.
 Preparing the draft Bidding Documents for 
Package 1A and Package 2.
Cluster D. Safeguards schedule activities are:
 Finalise the Inception Report. 
 Review the detailed Time Schedule of 
Environmental Impact studies
 Prepare a questionnaire form related to 
environmental impact studies
 Carry out data collection, survey and 
investigation related to environmental impact
studies
 Review of Environmental Evaluation documents 
(DELH) Report and provide updates to the Client
and ADB
 Prepare an initial Environmental Examination 
(IEE) for Packages 1A and 2
 Finalise detailed time schedule of Environmental 
Biological and Chemical studies
 Prepare questionnaire related to environmental 
biological and chemical studies
 Coordinating with related agencies to find data 
and information for the preparation of LARP
documents for the location of Packages 1A and 2
