Physical Fitness Activities and Other Sports Development Program; and
b. Memorandum Approved by RD, NCRPO dated June 13, 2020 with
subject the same with paragraph a.

2. This pertains to the NCRPO BMI Reduction Program to conduct Four (4) Minutes
Fitness Habit every 10:00AM and 3:00PM every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

3. In this regard, attached are the After Activities on FOUR (4) MINUTES HABIT of
this Station for the period of January 04, 05, 06, 07 and 08, 2021.
