 When you put the key in contact and key rotates at the
second time the Starter go engaged with flywheel
causes it to rotate which causes the Crank shaft and
timing belt to rotate and causes Fuel pump to rotate

more emissions produce

spaces between fuel molecules so
most fuel molecules will be burnt
and will increase the burning
effectiveness
