1. Please be informed that at about 8:00 AM on October 2, 2020, PCPT

CHRISTIAN ROY C REYES - Duty OD, together with PSMS Rhayan M Baeta - Duty
Senior PNCO, under the supervision of PMAJ LYNELLE SOLOMON - SDO,
conducted inspection of different offices in PHQ, Bulacan PPO regarding the
implementation of ENERCON and advised the duty office personnel to ensure that
all unused computer and other unnecessary equipment/s is unplugged to avoid any
short circuit. Moreover, inspection, accounting and monitoring of health status of
PDLs under the custody of 1st PMFC was also done in relation to COVID-19.
