B. NAME AND MISSION OF INSTALLATION

1. DESCRIPTION OF SURVEYING UNIT:

 Agrotech Integrated Farming’s incorporated is referred to as a private

company Establishment. It was Located at Brgy. Union Monkayo
Compostela Valley.
 Agrotech Integrated Farming’s incorporated this has an approximately
340 hectares fully planted of export banana. And composed of 9 pump
station in different areas. That all of us is the big responsibilities of
security guards assigned thereof.
 C. PHYSICAL SECURITY

1. PERIMETER BARRIER
A. STUATION
1. At nursery area, beside going to highway the bulb wire perimeter
fence was full down
2. No perimeter fence install at packing house and around the area
during our security survey was made.

B. RECOMMENDATION:
1. Repair immediately the bulb wire perimeter fence beside
The nursery area.
1. Installation of perimeter fence use of bulb wire with top
guard around the packing house and all-around
Of Agrotech Integrated Farming’s incorporated at least 7 ft. In high
to prevent some Intruders coming in and out.

D. PROJECTING LIGHTINGS:

a. Situation:

1. No lighting installed every dead in all around the area of

Agrotech Integrated Farming’s incorporated

b. Recommendation:

1. Installation of lights every dead in for safety measure purposes

E. GUARD FORCE AND MOVEMENT SYSTEM

A. SITUATION
Sixteen (16) security Guards were deployed including 1 Security Officer for
three (3) shifting bases. During our security
Survey was made.
B. RECOMMENDATION
Base on my observation, the Agrotech Integrated Farming’s incorporated
compose of 340 hectares, It is not enough the strength of 16 security
guards to protect the area, but since, the Agrotech Integrated Farming’s
incorporated were continue develop the area, as a Operation Manager of
Sherlock Security Agency, by the guiding of our almighty father, I will do
the very best to protect of the interest of my client.

F. FUNCTION OF DUTIES
 Guard Detail:

1. Nursery posted - 3 guards – 3 shift

2. Roving guard- nursery/ bansohan – 1 guard – 10pm-6am
3. Packing house 3 guards- 3 shift
4. Packing house roving 3 guards- 3 shift
5. AIFI office- pk-10 pob. Monkayo 3 guards- 3 shift
6. Over all roving guard 2 guards day shift only – 8am- 4pm
7. Security Officer 1 So – roving
TOTAL 16 Guards

 The guards on duty shall keep monitor all employees of Agrotech

Integrated Farming’s incorporated their time IN and time OUT and also
keep monitor for all properties inside the premises.

 The guard on duty shall alert any time while performing their duty.

G. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION AND MOVEMENT CONTROL:

a. Situation:

1. Almost of the employees are not wearing their Id’s and uniform
2. No Logbook entry for visitors
3. No issuance of identification for visitors

b. Recommendation:

1. Provide proper uniform to all employees to render their duty and

Issuance of their Individual identification (ID’S).
2. Provide visitors logbook entry for visitors IN and OUT.
3. Provide Identification card issue to all visitors.

F. CCTV CAMERA SYSTEM

A. SITUATION
1. No installation of CCTV camera of all buildings and offices.

B.RECOMMENDATION

1. Installation of CCTV camera to all buildings and offices especially at the

back portion of packing house and main gate area,

H. EMERGENCY PLAN:
 a. Situation:

1. Incomplete fire extinguisher on all the facilities.

2. No emergency push alarm installed.

b. Recommendation:

1. Provide sufficient fire extinguisher on all the facilities.

2. Installation of push alarm inside Agrotech Integrated Farming’s
Incorporated particular at nursery and packing house area.
3. All guard on duty must know the telephone number of the nearest
Police station and fire station for in case of emergency purposes.

H. RESTRICTED AREA
A. SITUATION
1. No proper warning device or signage post in different restricted areas.

B. RECOMMENDATION
1. Put warning device or signage to the designated areas for safety purposes.
