Administration of the Test

On Wednesday December 16, 2020 at approximately 9.00am to 10:30pm, a paper

and pencil test will be administered to students in grade 3. The class have a total of 20

students 8 boys and 12 girls. Students were told that they would be getting an

integrated studies end of year exam and they should study all they receive from

September, October and November. They were also told to take with them pencil,

eraser, and sharpener.

The classroom will be arranged in an examination format. All the desk and chairs

will be arranged in even rows by columns. Each row four students and each column

had five students respectively. There will be four teachers present in the room at the

time of the test administration. A desk will be placed a t the back of the room for

students to place their bags and a clock will be placed at the front of the class on the

wall so that teacher and students could see the time.

At 8:30 sharp all students will line up at the door and listened for their names

before they enter the room, names will be called in alphabetical order. A teacher will

checked to see if the students have all the tools they needed to complete the test. As

soon as the register is taken, one teacher will assisted each students with finding their

desk. When all students enter the room, teachers will hand out test paper to students

face down.

The test will start at 9:00am sharp and the students will be reminded that the test

will end at 10:30 sharp. The teacher will read the rules and the guidelines to the

students before they begin the test. No talking, no looking around, raise hands if you

need to ask a question. Teachers will walk around to see if students are

communicating with each other or cheating. If students are half an hour late, they will

not be allowed to do the test. At the end of the test students will be told to stop
writing, pencils down. Teachers will collect each student booklet in alphabetical order

and mark the register before asking students to leave the room in a line quietly.
