AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, EUGENIO ALICAYCAY PRADO, 67 years old, married to Juanita Soliven,

Filipino, and a resident of Zone 3, Barangay Sto. Niño 2 nd, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija,
after having been duly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That, I am the registered owner of a certain parcel of land covered by Transfer

Certificate of Title No. CARP 2016000032 situated in Barangay Sto. Niño 2 nd,
City of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija, containing an area of Eight Hundred
Sixty Two (862) square meters;
2. That the said aforementioned Transfer Certificate of Title over said property
includes and contains all the permanent improvements and buildings located and
situated thereon;
3. That as an owner I actually and personally in possession of the said
aforementioned land and improvements since several years ago up to the present;
4. That, I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts and
likewise no malice or fraud intent; and
5. That, I have therefore executed this affidavit to confirm the truthfulness of the
foregoing and for whatever legal purposes this Affidavit may serve.
