Background

1) Current Job Description


Maintenance

 Carries out work routines and job plans in line with the mechanical maintenance procedures
and schedules set by the Maintenance Supervisor,
 Define the methodology, the manpower, the spares and other resources necessary to
achieve efficient and safe maintenance in line with technical standards
 Embraces preventive and predictive maintenance practices, record data and contributes to
their improvement
 Carries out all maintenance activities using the correct maintenance techniques and
procedures.
 Carryout schedule inspection route for the equipment inspection & record them systematically.
 Respond as appropriate to plant upsets and emergencies.
CMMS

 Inputs maintenance activity data into the CMMS for all mechanical equipment.
 Ensures effective recording of jobs done, parts and components used, etc.

Supply chain

 Co-operates with Materials Department to review spares and consumables stocks and max/min
levels.

Design

 Maintains library of mechanical drawings and vendor data required for effective maintenance
of Bangora field facilities.
 Ensure that no deviations are made from design without DCR approval

EHS Responsibilities

 Works to TBL’s safe working procedures.


 Ensure that all TBL operations comply with TBL EHS procedures.
 Participate in regular EHS meetings and other safety reviews.
 Work in a manner that ensures the safety and health of all.
 Participate in appropriate EHS awareness and training programs.
 Act as a team member of fire team to fight fire and perform the search & rescue operation
during any emergency.
