instruments that used in the Rolling Mill plant and Water Treatment Plant such
as ( controllers, control valves, switches, sensors, transmitters, encoders and
shut down valves )
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting of automation systems of Rolling Mill Plant
including ( PLC Siemens S7-400 ) with Wonderware InTouch SCADA, WINCC
HMI's.
- Contributed in reducing production delays and spare parts usage, by
preparing all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans for
automation and instrumentation (using the company CMMS system) and
managing the spare parts stock
- Make all required modifications on the automation and instrumentation
system and its documents
- Support operations and other maintenance departments with technical
queries
- Prepare punch lists and liaising with the factory vendors for punch point
clearance
- Prepare Non-Conformance Reports ( NCR ), investigate and prevent
recurring problems
- Apply all safety rules required by HSE department and being responsible of
the team's commitment to these rules
