Instruction:

 Base from the module 1, think of a proposed project as capstone project.

 An online video conference shall be conducted on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 1
pm. Decisions whether project will be by group or individual and other matters
shall be discussed.
 Once decided perform the following:

1. Write a brief project overview. The project overview shall composed of the
following:
a. Project Basic Information
2. Project Title
3. Project Location
4. Project Owner
5. Brief summary of the project which may include material use, size, number of
rooms/spaces, occupancy/usage, etc.
6. This must briefly describe the project chosen.
7. Write this on a short paper size 8.5”x11” with the following requirements:
a. Format: pdf
b. Font Type: Arial
c. Font Size: 12
d. Margins: 1.5, 1.0, 1.5, 1.0 (for Top, Bottom, Left and Right)
8. Write your report as technical as possible.
9. You can make your own format.
10. Deadline shall be on Friday January 29, 2021.
