    What in your opinion, could be the possible reasons why the company management failed to give
    Kathryn the recognition which he felt was due to him? Explain your answer.

    I think the reason it that Daniel is already in the position to be recognized since he has the
    character and skills of a good manager. Kathryn on the other hand, started without complete
    educational attainment, though she worked hard in getting a diploma, her character is not In the
    standards of a manager of the company.
