Ism  Mowsool’s  (Category  5)  are  common  in  the  Qur’an,  so  it  would  be  a  good  idea  to  memorize  
and  understand  them.  Make  sure  to  pay  attention  to  the  gender  and  number  of  each.

Fun  fact  to  know:  the  singular  and  plural  ism  mowsool’s  are  non-­‐flexible;  the  dual  ism  mowsool  
is  fully  flexible.  
 
Now  that  we  understand  the  7  categories  of  proper  words,  let’s  do  some  practice.  For  the
