“Quality Control Engineer for ECCD Construction Project, in Bogale Township,

Ayeyarwaddy”

Key objectives
(1) To supervise on construction process whether the tender winner follow with contract
information.

(2) To keep high commitment and get qualified building for ECCD students.

(3) To increase WV standard on construction support to community.

Responsibility
 Confirmation of Drawing and BQ.
 Checking survey (layout plan, level, alignment, dimension ).
 Report quality of construction Materials.

  Checking concrete work( concrete mix design, slump text, Formwork & Staging,
Construction joint location, Steel reinforcement diameter / spacing & coating, Cover to the
reinforcement and overlap, Adequacy of vibration, Observation for honeycombing, and
method of curing).
 Checking Steel structure work.
 Monitor working schedule.
 Report feedback and recommendation if changes are noticed.
 Submit report on the completion status in monthly basic.

Duration
20.3.2021 to 20.5.2021 (3 months) and there will be possible extension depended on contract with
construction tender winner company.

Qualification

 Registered Engineer License of Civil Engineer certificate holder.

 Has at least two year experience.
