Open Tender/Bidding Method
 Open Tender/Bidding shall be the method for any procurements.
 All bidders capable of providing the works, goods or services with
relevant registration with the concern organizations are eligible to
bid.

Limited Tender/Bidding Method

 The number of bidders are limited to 3 to 5 numbers depending

Submission of Bids
Bid marked “CONFIDENTIAL” to be submitted at place &
time mentioned in Bidding Data Sheet either by hand or post sealed
and signed or through Electronic Government Procurement (e-
GP) System.
Inner envelope of the bidder shall be signed across the seal &
marked as “ORIGINAL” & “COPY”.

“ORIGINAL” shall be opened & retained in safe custody.

“COPY” shall be used for evaluation purposes.

Incase of discrepancy the original shall be referred and in case of

dispute regarding the bid document, the original shall prevail.
