I use Email when I communicate with someone in a different time zone or
country , when I need to contact professors and friends . The email does
not require a physical effort, when working on a project with a team for
example there is no need to plan an appointment each time , we can work
remotely which saves time.
Employees should never send or receive personal emails at work because
email is a professional tool in a company they have to respect the basic
rules when they write it.
