In today’s fast-paced and interconnected world, A good boss has become an integral

part for success of any organizations and industries. In my opinion, the exceptional

leader is one who can deal with conflict between their staffs and promote employee’s
motivation. In this essay, I will discuss why the good boss must have these qualities

and provide specific example to illustrate my points.

To begin with, I believe that a good leader can easily eliminate conflict and bond with

relationships inside a company. To do so, the boss should focus heard opinion from

worker and offer constructive criticisms to them come with patient to handle

unexpected problem as good and equally as possible. For instance, some time there

are the rise of conflict with my team, my leader always patiently listens thinking of

sides and provide ways to deal with issue efficiently. As a result, through this

challenge, relationship become be stronger between us.

Additionally, promoting staff’s motivation also is quality which be owned by a good

leader. An exceptional leader always knows ways to recognize, and reward

contributes, and good result employees bring for enterprise. By doing so, employees

feel them be valued and appreciated which lead to increase their productivity and

create out-standing success for company. For example, my boss hold reward day in

every month when employees efforted to have good result and ones do hard work are

reward, and as a result, their motivation is significant increase on next months.

To sum up, a good boss has must deal with conflict between employees and promote

their motivation. Can implement these, the leader can create strong relationship in

team and company and promote productivity of firm. These contribute exceptional

outcome for any organization in today’s ‘world.
