Night-shift work has become increasingly common feature in sections of

economy. Some people prefer working during a day, others have not choice but

to work at nighttime due to various reason. In this essay, I will discuss the

advantage and disadvantage about night-shirt work and provide example to

illustrate my point.

One of the advantages for night-shift work is higher pay rate. When you work

at night, you can receive a higher salary than your counterparts at daytime

because the difficult of night-shift work. Additionally, working at night can

help you avoid distractions and interrupt form the resounding. For example,

when I work at a grocery store, the manager offer salary about 20k/h-25k/h for

me but when I want to work at night, I receive pay rate this is 40k/h.

However, every coin is two sides, nigh-shift work has its disadvantage.

Employees who work at nighttime hours often lack of social interactions. Most

people are asleep at night, nigh-shift worker miss out social events or family

gather, which lead to feeling loneliness and isolation for worker.

To sum up, nigh-shirt work can bring us a higher salary and fewer distractions,

but it also has negative effect for our health and life. Therefore, you need

consider its cons and pros before choice it for position.
