Subject: Holiday problems

Dear mr James,

I am writing to complain about various aspects of my flight with your holiday company.

Firstly, we had booked a flight reservation around the end of July. Regrettably, the flight had only been scheduled
for one passenger since a lady at the travel agency misunderstood us. I was able to reserve another flight, so we
could not travel together. It did not seem like a huge deal to me. My friend arrived a few hours later after me. As I
arrived at the airport, I was overjoyed since it meant my vacation had begun and nothing else could have occurred.
But, I was mistaken.

After a lengthy flight, we met at the airport and traveled to our hotel together after that awful flying schedule. We
reserved a room with a sea view and two beds. But, the room is awful when it is provided to us. I talked to the
receptionist about our terrible room and offer a change, but she said it was impossible. Therefore, if we didn't
want to lose any more money, we had to continue to stay in that room.

I would like some apparent answer for the inconvenienced caused.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best whishes,

Bao Anh

Subject: Making the Right Choice

Dear {recipient name},

I understand that you are currently facing a difficult decision between two great options. On the one hand, you
have a job offer that would give you immediate financial and professional stability. On the other hand, you have
the opportunity to go to college and gain valuable skills that will benefit your career in the long run. Well, here are
my thoughts.

Firstly, both of these options will bring different rewards and challenges. It is important to consider all aspects of
each option before making your decision. Think about what your priorities are and what type of lifestyle you want
to lead. Do some research on both options and talk to people who have been in similar situations before.

Secondly, think about the experience and network that both college and work office can provide. A college can
help expand your horizons by providing education as well as life experiences that will set up future opportunities
for yourself. Oppositely, working in the office may help you to improve your computer skills, solve your financial
problems and make you some great colleagues

At the end of the day, only you can decide which option is right for you. Consider carefully and take your time in
making this important decision - it could be life-changing!

Catch up soon,

Bao Anh
