2030 Hours, while on the second patrol of my shift in the parking level of the building, I discovered that

the driver’s side front window was broken out of a late model Cadillac in stall #67. I noticed that there
-was a tire iron laying on the front floorboards and a there was a gaping hole about 5-10 inches
approximately, probably the radio or a stereo could have been in that section.

2043 Hours, I went to my office to check whose car was that and under whom that parking stall is
allotted. after checking an emergency call list from security office that has the names with apartment
numbers as well as telephone numbers for each tenant that has an assigned parking stall. I contacted
the owner of the stall #67, MR. CHARLES TUTTLE and verified about the car from him and informed him
about the situation occurred.

which is worth of $1700.00 and it was a Bose company System. Mr. Tuttle had purchased the day before
theft happened and he still had the receipt of the purchase that clearly stated the model and the serial
number of the system over it. Mr. Tuttle left a text message to property owners Mesa Holdings and
Management Ltd about this situation.
