1. ORAL PRODUCTION.

You and your group are going to meet to create the ideal company.Get together and think

about a company that you could create, which should involve the majors all of the members of

the group (psychology, engineering, business administration, etc.).When you are ready, record a

video of an oral presentation about this company where you include the following:

Kind of company.

 Characteristics.

 Role that each of you will have in the company.

 Number of employees you will need in your company and their positions.

 Minimum requirements for employees to work in your company.

 Working conditions (schedule, salaries, promotion opportunities, etc.).

 Benefits and rewards for employees.

 Motivation strategies.

 Aspects to be included in the Induction and that all employees should learn about the

company.

Record a video where you hold a meeting in which you choose the best candidate for the job.

Each person of the group should pick a different candidate and vouch for him/her during the

meeting. Say why yours is the best and also mention reasons to disagree with your colleagues

about their candidates. After some discussion, make a decision.

2. WRITTEN PRODUCTION.

YDL Inc., a recognized multinational company, has recently announced that it has 10
vacancies for interns in the following departments:

 Finance
 Marketing
 Engineering & Design
 Human Resources
 Procurement & Logistics

This MNC has achieved a huge expansion worldwide but it still seeking to reach more
customers around the world. Furthermore, it has a reputation of not only paying fair rates but
providing its employees with different growth opportunities, which means this an option you
cannot miss!
Apply for the department of your preference by writing an engaging cover letter, highlighting
your strengths and reasons why you would make the best candidate for the job. The letter should
be addressed to James Burton, who is the Human Resources Manager.
