 SCF and WO creation for New Site, Carrier addition, Carrier Deletion, Network HW changes, Carrier Aggregation, BBU
Consolidation.
 Remote Integration issues clearance.
 WO/SCF modifications at a glance if issues persist when configuration.
 Performance Management: Daily /Weekly/Quarterly/Other network report generation as per standard formats with no
delay.

 Fault Management: Alarm handle &co-ordination for rectification of the same with the fields. Fault management, end to
end responsibility for corrective maintenance of network problems are actively managed until resolution.

 Ensure network faults and customer faults are resolved well within agreed SLAs (service level agreement).
