4. CONTRACTOR shall construct foundations, grade beams, slab

on grade, steps, reinforced cement concrete frames comprising
of columns and beams, roof slab, pump foundations and parapet
as shown on project drawing.

5. CONTRACTOR shall provide welded wire fabric in grade slab as

shown on project drawings.

6. CONTRACTOR shall provide isolation joints, construction joints

and control joints as shown on the project drawings.

7. CONTRACTOR shall provide protective coating APCS-10 on

concrete surfaces below grade.

8. CONTRACTOR shall provide 3 TONS ELECTRIC OVERHEAD

CRANE and supporting element as shown on the project
drawing # HA176681-001 & 002

9. CONTRACTOR shall provide concrete lintel beams and

canopies for opening in CMU wall as shown on Architectural
drawings.

per support reaction furnished by parking shed vendor & shall be
approved by COMPANY prior to construction.

D. LIGHTING POLES

1. CONTRACTOR shall excavate to required depth to construct

foundations and shall compact the grade as shown on the
project drawings.

2. CONTRACTOR shall provide lean concrete under foundations.

3. CONTRACTOR shall construct foundations and pedestal as

shown on project drawing.

4. CONTRACTOR shall provide protective coating APCS-10 on

concrete surfaces below grade.

5. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate with lighting pole vendor and

install lighting poles as per detailed provided by vendor.
CONTRACTOR to coordinate with approved final lighting pole
vendor drawings for anchor bolt locations and details and keep
the embedded items in place before casting of concrete.
